- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

🚫 2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened perfumes or fragrances (due to hygiene and safety standards).
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.

🔄 3. Return Process
- Email support@lobbyoutlet.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Send the item to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping service such as USPS or UPS.
💳 4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🛠 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
- Please return the unwanted item and place a new order through our Shop All page.

⚠️ 8. Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) Products
Many perfumes, colognes, and aerosol products are considered hazardous materials due to alcohol or pressurized contents.
Shipping Limitations:- Hazmat products may only be shipped via ground transportation within the contiguous United States.
- We cannot ship hazmat items to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
- Returns for hazmat items must comply with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. See official DOT guidelines here.
