At Lobby Outlet, we strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Below are our shipping policies, delivery times, and important notes regarding special products.
⏱ 1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🚀 2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-demand seasons.
💵 3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $99.99 (before taxes and discounts) within the contiguous United States.
⚠️ 4. Shipping Restrictions & Hazmat Products
Some items, including perfumes, colognes, and aerosols, are classified as hazardous materials (hazmat) due to alcohol content or pressurized packaging.
- Hazmat products can only be shipped via ground transportation within the contiguous United States.
- We cannot ship hazmat products to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
- If your order contains both hazmat and non-hazmat items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

🌎 5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
🔎 6. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. Track via USPS Tracking, FedEx Tracking, or UPS Tracking.
📦 7. Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us at support@lobbyoutlet.com.
- Damaged orders should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
🏷 8. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Orders
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
🛑 9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
- To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@lobbyoutlet.com with your order number.
