  • Return Window: You can return items within 30 days from the ship date. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. For items that show signs of excessive use, a partial refund may be applied.
  • Condition of Items: Ensure that the items are not used excessively. If an item is used in excess, it may impact the refund amount.
  • Refund Processing: You can expect a refund within one billing cycle from when we receive your returned product.
  • Return Shipping: For customers in the US , we offer a return label. Please note, a $6.95 USD fee will be deducted from your refund for using the return label.

Sales Tax Information:

As mandated by state laws, we collect applicable sales tax for orders shipped to addresses in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Texas, and Alabama. Orders shipped to locations outside these states will not incur sales tax.

Payment Options:

Lobby Outlet accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, and Apple Pay. Please note that all charges and refunds are processed in US Dollars. Unfortunately, we cannot split payments across multiple cards or payment methods.

Waiting List:

If you find a product out of stock, enter your email address and click "Notify Me" on the product page. We will notify you as soon as the item is back in stock.

Damage Claims:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at contact@lobbyoutlet.com. Retain all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us. We will file a damage claim and send a replacement if necessary.

Cancellations:

To ensure the best shopping experience, our automated system does not allow cancellations once an order is placed. If a cancellation option appears in your order history, you may cancel the order directly from there.
